     We design and manufacture leaching pilot plant equipment for hydrometallurgical test programs including leaching columns, heap leaching test cribs, and agitation leaching plants.

     We Provide Hydrometallurgical Pilot Plant Equipment to Include:

• Solvent extraction plants (see links at bottom of page)

• Continuous and batch agitation leaching circuits

• Heap leaching columns and larger test cribs

• Counter-current decantation (CCD) circuits

• Precipitation and product recovery circuits

• Thickeners, clarifiers, and filtration equipment

• Electrowinning circuits complete with anodes, cathodes, and rectifier

Low Acid Leach Circuit:

SX Kinetics designed, manufactured, and installed this pilot scale agitation leach circuit. The leach tanks included baffles, feed wells, down-comers in-line helical gear mixers with variable frequency drives (VFD's), stainless steel impellers, and temperature controlled immersion heaters. The tanks were mounted on a skid and were pre-plumbed and wired prior to delivery.

High Acid Leach Circuit:

SX Kinetics designed and manufactured this leaching pilot plant with three cascading agitation tanks. The tanks were encased in fibreglass re-enforced plastic (FRP) with in-line helical mixer motors coupled to efficient hydrofoil impellers encased in PVC.

Atmospheric Leaching Pilot Plant:
 

SX Kinetics designed and manufactured this bench scale leach pilot plant for the continuous production of leach solution for feed to our laboratory scale solvent extraction pilot plant. The leach vessels included baffles, feed wells, immersion heaters, and variable speed mixer motors.

Atmospheric Leaching Pilot Plant:

SX Kinetics designed and manufactured this bench scale leach pilot plant for a research test program at a University in South Africa. The leach vessels included baffles, feed wells, immersion heaters, and variable speed mixer motors. Feed and discharge tanks were also provided.
