Portable SX Plants

Our Solvent Extraction Plants Features:

• Proven and reliable  mixer-settlers designed by SX Kinetics

• Ventilation header on mixer-settlers with an exhaust fan

• Organic surge tank with baffles and aqueous entrainment recovery

• Aqueous transfer tanks with baffles and organic entrainment recovery

• Recycle of either aqueous or organic phases from the settler to mixer

• Flow indication and control of recycle and advance streams

• Feed tanks with covers, level transmitters, and pump calibration tubes

• Magnetic drive pumps (class 1, division 2)

• Duplex filters to insure continuous flow of particulate-free SX feed

• After-settler and coalescer combined into one compact unit

Mixer-Settlers Designed by SX Kinetics Features:

• Sealed covers over the mixer-settler with vented chambers

• Variable speed motors (class 1, division 2) with inline helical drives

• High efficiency curve blades SX impellers (static and dynamically balanced)

• Uniform flow pattern along the settler and over flow weirs

• Interface level control by internal and adjustable over flow weir

Warranty

SX Kinetics, Inc. warrants all its products and equipment it supplies, including mixer-settlers, mixer motors, impellers, pumps, process control devices, wiring, plumbing, and hardware components, to be free of defects caused by faulty materials or defective fabrication for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. In the event of a defect occurring within the warranty period, a replacement part will be supplied by SX Kinetics, Inc. with detailed instructions to the purchaser as to how the part should be installed.
